Black rims or leave chrome.

I’m an old fart (hence the C6 vette). I’m torn between the chrome and black rims. 2011 C6 Grand Sport Inferno Orange Metallic 3LT. The chrome looks good to me with the gleaming paint job, but the black rims would add an element of low key to it. (If you can stealth that paint job) What says the OT? Just curious. Flame away.

Inbefore treefiddy, buyaC8, OTpoor, not so subtlebrag.

I debated posting this, but there is 4 pages on a fricking speed queen washing machine on the first page :frickmylife:

Toss the pic into an ai program to see what black would actually look like

There are some blacked out on the web that look great. Just looking for opinions.

I think the chrome is more natural for a Corvette. Put black rims on the dodge challenger.

A nice silver wheel will look better than chrome or black.

I’d leave the rims and lift the front 6 inches to look like the cool kids.

I might as well drop the question.

Sorry for wasting everyone’s time.

Black out the dish and the side of the spokes and leave the faces chrome, black out the rim and leave the spokes chrome, or leave the rim chrome and black out the spokes.

I would rather discuss vettes over washing machines any day.

Keep the chrome. And nice car!

It’s got a ZR1 steeeting wheel, and everything else is low key. Just asking for opinions on chrome vs blacked out.

Nice Vette, I would do gloss black on those rims and add black badging.
