Bars promote this heavily and some people seem to eat it up.

I have watched a lot of cover bands and they are actually awesome.

Cover bands for Guns N Roses, Def Leopard, Journey, Motley Crue, etc etc etc

They always make a very fun and cheap night out.

Some people like not being able to hear what others at their table are saying?

Every now and then you can run into a solo act putting out some really good music, but 90% of the time it’s just unoriginal covers for the drunks.

Video game sports vs live? Artist have to stay focused and perform vs using sound engineers to pick the better takes.

I think live albums are overrated because I'd prefer being there live to hear it than listen to a live recording

I hate how loud they are. I’ve always thought this even in my 20s. Loud doesn’t equal good. Maybe plebeians think this way but not me.

Talented people who practice their craft and put themselves out there publicly should get the respect they deserve. I always try and tip.

90% of the time live music is amazing and those are memories you keep forever

Every once in a while you will get a band that mails it in and doesn’t wanna be there.

Cause we are watching music being played in real time. Also watching someone with a real craft and skill that I don’t have.

It’s not. A good band with good food and drinks is some good times. Sorry you don’t have friends to do this with.
