12 is open all the way but the elevated section of 55 is still closed.

All the over-water elevated sections, Causeway, Spillway, I-55 and Twin Spans are presently closed. Causeway estimated to open at 9am, haven't seen updates for the other elevated roads.
DOTD 511 site is a good source, along with Waze.

I've been studying Wave and the 511 site this morning. I'm trying to get to Alabama after work and Waze is taking me 311, to 308, through Donaldsonville, and then I-12, to 59 and then north.

If only there was a train between these two cities you would not have to worry about the interstate being open. You could sit back and post on TD while enjoying all the conveniences that Amtrak has to offer. (sarcasm alert)

Opened at 4 pm yesterday

US 61 was open the entire time.
mainline 10 is open. on and off ramps are the issue and why you cannot drive yet.
