frick getting that shite. Plenty of people break their hips/legs/arms slipping on ice to get it. Happened to a family member. Ran out to get the paper. Slipped on ice on the concrete. Broke hip. Hello ER!
You will be ok not getting the mail or newspaper for a couple of days. Not worth the risk. We don’t know how to safely walk on ice/snow and dumbasses will run out there because it’s cold to get it. Yes, the family member was a dumbass running out there to get the paper.
Just get your morning news the next few days from the OT. And the mail is probably all advertisements.

Yeah considering I haven't had a paper delivered to me for at least over 10 years and 99% of the mail I get is junk.. I think I will make out good.

Someone risked their life to bring you that paper. Don't let their sacrifice be in vain by not retreiving it.

Jarikishaqueenteefah delivers to the wrong mailbox when it’s 80 and clear.

There was no mail delivery today. USPS was delivering stuff for Amazon and some USPS parcels might have been delivered with them.
Rinse and repeat for Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day.

How old are you?
I was born in the 1900s. Isn’t that what you punks say?
Go cry about how traumatic is was for you when Tic Tok was down.

People still get newspapers and everyone gets mail. Haven’t changed that much.
And that’s about the age my family member thought it was cool to run out to get it.

My mom is 76 years old and she is the only person I know who gets a paper. Obviously there are enough people who gets it that they still deliver, but I know no one down my street gets the paper delivered. I think I once counted 36 homes in my neighborhood, if I had to estimate how many people in my neighborhood gets a paper, I would say maybe 10-12 homes.
And yes everyone gets the mail, but how often do you get mail that you need? I pay everything online, even anything medical its usually just a copy of something that I can see on my chart or something. In September LL Bean always sends a nice little catalog that I look at. My mailbox is by the front door so going out to get the mail isn't an issue, but I didn't get the mail for 2 weeks, it would be 2 weeks of junk mail and copies of bills or statements I have likely already seen.
