Travel Help — DFW TO MSY — Traveller Can’t Drive

Baw of mine will get stuck in Dallas tomorrow. He is trying to get to NOLA for a wedding.
Problem is that old boy is from London and doesn’t have a drivers license. He can’t rent a car, which is what I would do.
Assuming flights stay grounded, y’all got any ideas how to get him here?

North TX roads are better maintained for snow/ice than the South but that sounds like a really crappy trip. Better to just wait a bit.

MSY plans on opening tomorrow. But flights will definitely be back on Thursday.
