Trip to Ghana, drone, flights: South Fulton mayor made $26,000 in unauthorized purchases

Resident Reshard Snellings told Channel 2 Investigative Reporter Ashli Lincoln that the Mayor of South Fulton Khalid Kamau, who now goes by the name Mayor Kobi, documented his 20-day December trip to Ghana on Instagram.
Mayor Kobi would not answer why he hasn’t submitted 112 outstanding receipts for multiple purchases. City of South Fulton policy states receipts must be submitted within 72 hours after a purchase.

Gotta love the pattern of street-thug mentality every time we see this (which is pretty damn often).
1.) Evidence of malfeasance is discovered.
2.) The mayor/thug is confronted with the evidence.
3.) The mayor/thug rolls out the tired old “racism” or “smear campaign” defense as though it’s the ace of spades card that somehow trumps the evidence and makes the issue go away.
It’s the equivalent of a street thug getting pulled over and searched by police, who find a bag of crack in the guy’s front pocket. The street thug says, “That ain’t mine, I don’t know how it got there; these ain’t even my pants.”
