2015 Toyota 4Runner. 135k miles. Listed at $21k. Would obviously try to work down from that. Extremely well taken care of. Thoughts?

If it has been pampered, then it's a 4Runner and just getting broken in ...

SR5 Premium. Obviously I would try to work the price down a bit. I would be going from a truck with 95k miles on it so similar the milage, but buying a 10 year old car has me hesitant.

Has a KBB trade in value of $16,700. Private seller value of $18k. I would try to work down from $21k.

Aren't they all? Even with every maintenance receipt since new, that's a bit on the high side.

In ‘23 I bought a 2012 4Runner with 120k miles for 18k. Single owner that had taken good care of it.

It was by far the best deal I came across and I have no regrets.

If it's the better trim and is in great condition sure. Normal one and normal wear and tear, no.

Based on what, your feelings? There are 12 2015 4Runners within 500 miles of me that have under 150k miles, and the average asking price for them is right around $21k. Some are around 115k miles, others are over 140k miles.

Obviously not if he thinks $21K is reasonable for a 2015 4Runner

Serious advice,

Spend a little more and buy a low mileage 2023.
Last year of the V6.

I wouldn't say poor, but I also don't wanna pay $45k for a new vehicle. My truck has been a pain in the arse so I'm looking for something that will be less of a pain in the arse. It's likely either a higher milage 4Runner or a Lesser milage of another brand. Just looking for some feedback.
