How would you like to see DJT handle LA fires?

This is a shite sandwich for Newsome and fortunately is happening under Biden so they will struggle to blame Trump for it starting.
But they will come after Trump for recovery responses. I personally don’t want any of my tax dollars covering 100% of the recovery costs as Biden(handlers) have mentioned.
This is due to gross negligence, and we shouldn’t be on the limb for this.
This is widely different than other natural disasters we see year in and year out as they have a chance to mitigate and didn’t do it.

Tie any relief to loosening local restrictions to allowing the burned out to rebuild.
Basically, cut the nuts off of any of these various “boards” which are set up to block any development.

NC and hurricane victims shouldn’t be forgotten in this. They had true unforeseen devastation. LA had decades to build in safeguards and didn’t.

I’d like to see him assist the hurricane victims more and he should give the fire victims whatever he gives the hurricane victims.
While Newsome sucks, and many people in CA voted for this, many people didn’t. We can’t become what democrats are…shite bags refusing to help Americans because of their political affiliation.
That assistance should come with serious conditions though, requiring specific measures for future preparedness and prevention. If those metrics aren’t met, then no future assistance and withholding of federal funding in other areas.

His response should be to put it all on Newsome primarily and secondarily on all the rest of the woke dim political retards out there all while repeatedly pointing out how their woke policies caused all of this and then sit back watch them fight.

Pull back monies from foreign aide and student loan forgiveness and apply it toward California conditionally by forcing them to reform forestry management and their water policies.

I agree. While some folks there are mentally ill and will never wake up, if this administration does nothing to help them then he will only fuel the hatred and continue the division in this country.
His focus should be on helping Californians and forcing CA to implement fire prevention policies that really protect the people. It’s the only way he will get democrats in CA (and elsewhere) to see that Republicans want to help everyone.
