I vote they all equally suck and are grossly incompetent! Time to clean house Mrs. Benson!

Lauscha

As I understand it* everyone else serves at his whim.

*please correct this if it is not true

It would take Lauscha (in the words of EWE) “getting caught in bed with a dead girl or a live boy” for him to lose his job.

Haven’t you answered the question? They all suck but remain.

The owner is incompetent and as soft as her arse cheeks. It’s time to sell the teams.

Loomis has a team with no young talent, completely wrecked cap, fked up coach hire, still doesnt admit it till today apparently. However he doesn't really seem to accept bs from his players under contract and will dump someone for lockeroom without thinking twice.

Griffin fked up coach hires and fires, drafts have been decent, team has talent, he's a decent seller in trades, sucks at being on the other end of trades. However he seems to have no clue how to manage young players under contract and their personalities.

Lauscha just runs the business, so id guess he's putting ticket sales at stake by having the other 2.

Theres no wrong answer. Id say if you could only fire 1, I'd fire Loomis at this point.

The way Gayle backs the catholic church I’m not too sure this would do it….

I wouldn’t say Griffin at all. I think he does some things well and is at least busting his arse and trying to improve. He’s taken some swings and missed but I don’t fault him for that. There are plenty of scenarios where it could’ve actually worked out with better luck.

Lauscha, Loomis are made arse men and fancy themselves NOLA gentry. Absolutely zero accountability and arrogant bullshite from loomis especially.

I’d fire Lauscha because that’s the only way you’re firing Loomis

The only way to answer this

There probably is not a person here who understands what Lauscha does. His role is well above just the Saints and Pelicans.

Lauscha is the de facto owner of both as far as operations and management decisions go because the actual owner has no clue

I don't think she's incompetent, but she doesn't have a "why." She's fine with the status quo. She won't fire any of them. Thus, it's just gonna take really good coaching hires and personnel moves for these teams to be really good. Basically, luck.

All three of them need to be shitcanned. They’ve all served their purpose and are now diminished husks who will only keep the Saints/Pels in perennial fail mode.

I just wish the media would bust their arse during press conferences. It is a shame that they won't drill them with questions that the fans wanna hear.

They are scared to get their media credentials, pulled from them and lose their jobs. It's like the mafia owns them, meaning the press.
