Trump should not show up. Force Merchan to issue a bench warrant.

I don't know why people engage the troll. The worst thing you can do to that guy is engage him.

I think so, and I believe the court said there wasn't even really going to be a punishment

They did, and they said that is one reason they are not getting involved. They said trumps concerns can be addressed in the appeals process.

Sounds like they will dismiss it on appeal so who cares if he gets sentenced?

You and I both know this all ego with a bunch of people who think they are smarter than they are.

The good news is that the Supreme Court is not going to be able to be attacked by the Democrats, which is much more important than the symbolic victory they get by calling Trump a felon, which has no actual impact on anything

Now it's personal a man at the edge of life, has zero fricks to give. As predicted, New York State will get hit with a CAT 5 Trump hurricane, he will never let this go.

In the end..... This is nothing. Really. Trump has achieved the thing all progressive Marxist tries sooooo hard to stop. He's the elected POTUS!!
We shouldn't give this the attention it's receiving.

Kinda where I’m at. This sentencing doesn’t matter at all.
He isn’t being sentenced to prison regardless, and the conviction has a serious chance of being overturned. Though I’m not sold on immunity being the reason why. There were tons of issues with that trial from a procedure and evidentiary standpoint. Not to mention the NY law in general and how it was used to manufacture a felony.
