With these cold temperatures, I finally decided to try my hand at Julia Childs’ French onion soup, and I’m glad I did. It was damn delicious.

Rouses has some prime strips that are about an inch thick for $9. They are really pretty. I am going to sear one of those off and see how it goes. I very rarely eat a steak that thin. Also, I am roasting some peppers.

Whole 30 Buffalo chicken cauliflower rice casserole.

Coconut cream is in it, so it’s got a little hint of sweetness to it that makes it actually pretty good.

But if you’re in the area, drive over to Devalls Bluff and try Craig’s BBQ. Great stuff. If you’re here on a weekend, Murrys in Hazen is great also.
