all they have to do is arrest and prosecute the first couple of these clowns and the rest will fall in line, no more talk, they need to just do it, 75 million Americans just said enough is enough.

I think it was on Travis & Buck, Steven Miller was on and he detailed how the deportation was going to happen. This is part of that process. Force local LEO to enforce the laws and enlist Sheriffs, National Guard to round them up. The plan has many other avenues to success.
Here is the episode from January 2024.
Miller on Clay & Buck detailing the plan.

Although Miller looks like a pedo, out of Trumps consiglierie’s, Miller is one of the greats IMO

Thousands of officials, Biden on down to Fed., State and local have been breaking the law for years now.
They all should have been arrested and charged a long time ago.

It would be interesting.
Remember the 2025 playbook they kept talking about.
This would be a good way to arrest then consolidate power, just saying. There will always be a couple of illegals who slip though you could then use to tie to people you don’t like to have them arrested.
None of this will happen just pointing it out as interesting.

And if any are found to let any go to avoid deportation, and they commit another crime, then whomever let them go should be charged with that crime too. Especially if the illegal does harm to someone

You can read the letter here...

This was already illegal. They all need to be arrested anyway. Let cooperation in the current operation be a way for them to get time knocked off their ultimate sentence.

Sanctuary jurisdiction policies can also lead to personal financial liability
This will scare them more than the threat of arrest.

You damn right. It is time to file racketeering charges on the most obvious racketeers, organized government officials.

Stephen Miller is not a serious person.
He was an oddball with weird concerns as far back as his college days.

He gives specific examples of this in the individual letters and the fact it is illegal for ICE to have a retainer and they release them from jail and committed another crime.
In other words, you broke the law and are liable for everything listed, try it again and see what happens.

Problem with this is local PDs dont have the resources and will request lots of federal money to ramp up to do this.

They just need to ensure they do arrest some if they violate.
And no prolonged nonsense of motions back and forth.
Throw them in jail in a favorable jurisdiction and keep them there for a months while we review "sources and methods".
A few examples and they will comply quickly.
Then go after the msm for their licenses if they start the same bullshite blatant lying.
Thats just the law, not vindictiveness, just follow the law.
