Congress approval rating hovers in the 20% range. Congress members who are incumbents are reelected at a 95% rate.

The problem is the people who enter the voting booth.

1) Is she mad that we didnt kick out Johnson and change things?

This is why overall Republicans are incompetent. Complain about Democrats all you want, but when it comes to voting on things and leadership they coalesce.....Republicans stand on muh principles. That's good if you are in the minority, but bad if you have a 1 or 2 seat majority

It’s not quite that simple. 2 party system that is reluctant to primary incumbents is partially to blame.
