It’s a genuine question. I doubt she’s on social media.
She’s so nice, no one is going to ever pop off at her at a social function. None of those around her are going to say shite.
How would she even know? I feel she’s fully insulated.
Tillman Fertita would be a great owner.

I don’t think she cares, and that’s the problem. She weaseled her way into her current position and it didn’t happen by accident. The problem is the grass might not be greener on the other side when it comes to a new owner keeping the Saints in New Orleans.

Maybe a little, but it’s easy to see that the current top brass of the Saints organization isn’t about shaking things up, because those same people don’t want to get fired. Gayle Benson is basically a Manchurian Candidate, except it’s not an enemy controlling her, it’s the people at the top of the organization that’s controlling her.

She does not realize that she can and will lose the fans. And when that happens, she will sell the team.
Problem is, I doubt she has the intestinal fortitude to withstand the vitrol. So I foresee her selling to the first bidder. In 10 years, New Orleans won't have any professional sports teams.

She is the worst owner in professional sports. The sad things is, should Loomis be replaced, she is not fit to make a decision on the replacement. The fact they have Randy Mueller lurking for some reason is also scary. There is no question that her selling the franchise is in the fan's best interests

I agree with everything except selling the team. In a perfect world she sells the team to someone that keeps the team in New Orleans, but it’s not a perfect world. It’s clear she doesn’t seem to care, but what are the options when it comes to a new owner keeping the Saints here for the long term?

Did you read the NYT piece on Woody Johnson? What about David Tepper? Jimmy Haslam, Dean Spanos? And that’s just the NFL. John Fisher for the A’s is one of the all time worst.

I don’t intend to. I try to keep the focus on where it should be. This is like Winston bitching about the endzones.
