Having my favorite Christmas Eve as an adult ever. :The day after Christmas update!:

Went this morning to the Honda dealership to grab my son’s dirtbike. Hiding it at my cousins house. Caught up on old times. Gonna grab it tonight at 3am and wheel it into the kitchen and put the huge bow on it. My sons thinks he is not getting shite this year. I’m looking forward to Christmas morning more than he is 
ETA: he lost his shite!!! Greatest Christmas Day as a dad in my life!!!
Went to Highland Park Resort to day to spin the tires!

I got my first dirt bike on Christmas when I was 5 years old. It was the best gift that my Dad could have gotten me. It evolved into a 20 year racing career and helped shape who I am today. Learned lots of life lessons. Riding with my Dad throughout middle school and highschool will always be the most cherished moments in my life.

Pops got me an XR80 back in middle school. He bout blew his lid trying to teach me and my cousins how to ride it lol. One of the cousins wrecked it that day and flew into a ditch. Was ok but I think dad regretted that purchase

Me too, started racing at 5, raced Ponca, World Mini, Mini O’s and all the others. Dad owned Shreveport Suzuki for a while.

I still tear up when I remember my dad pushing the motorcycle he bought from my neighbor to the house one rainy Christmas Eve. He wouldn’t start it because he was afraid of waking me up. You are a good cool dad!

I gotta Suzuki JR 50. It was my favorite Christmas ever.
