Is this a "big win" for James Franklin?

I was told he couldn't win a big game. Even though he's won a rose bowl and 2 other BCS games

Penn St has resources and fan support - go look at his record against Michigan and Ohio St. Since he's been there, those two schools widened the gap between themselves and Penn St.
