The genesis of the idea for the Ivy League to play in FCS playoffs came via a proposal from Ivy League student athletes. The proposal from the league’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) was approved Tuesday by a vote of the Ivy League Council of Presidents.
That's pretty cool to see. I always wondered why they didn't do this. Curious how all the nerds will stack up against FCS playoff teams.

I don't know a damn thing about any of those teams, so I'd be lying if I said I agreed.
Are they good?

The Cornell basketball team had some decent teams back in the day make the tourney. Maybe they still do.

I think I remember one or two pro players who gradumacated (sic) from those colleges. One was a QB.

Their admission policies for people making under a certain amount (like 150k) essentially are scholarships

Money is green, doesn't matter if you're a snotty Ivy or Southeastern. Too proud and uppity is expensive these days

Good for them. Never made sense that they participated in the basketball tournament but not football.
