If you’ve never worked with Indians, it’s a pretty shocking experience compared to corporate Americans. They’re wild.

I looked up the company because it sounded like a fetish thing (the things I do for the OT...). It's some sort of home-delivery cosmetics service.

I was friends with an indian dude in college. He told me stories about growing up in an office environment where his dad was the owner in India. He said there were multiple times where his dad would get pissed at a subordinate and hit them in the back of the head

I agree but Elon wants more, Thiel wants more, JD vance Is married to one and Trump seems to genuinely like Modi so I expect their importation to keep increasing

Here in the United States they would hire a 3rd party consulting firm for a large sum of money to find out why employees are dissatisfied since they didn't believe that the employees were being truthful when the biggest complaint was compensation.

I visited Dubai a few times recently. It felt like about 50% Indians there and they are paid much less than workers from other countries for the same exact positions.
