Not shocking. He might be trying to get more money from Tulane but I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes to a big program.

Pretty soon P4s won’t be offering anyone out of high school… Tulane and other G5s will be their minor leagues to weed out who is capable of playing big time football and who isn’t

That's what I think is coming, too. People say that's "low football IQ", but I think that's a lot better for players and P4 schools.
Why put a freshman on the bench for 2 years when he could be playing at a lower level school? Gaining experience in games. Several key players for LSU have transferred in from smaller Louisiana schools.

The more salient point is that high school environments and competition is diverse (imagine comparing Harlem Berry’s competition to big schools in Texas) and G5 competition is more standardized

Nope. Not playing bowl game. Already cleaned out locker and left the team
