Raising Cane's Tiger Bowl or Gordon/attorneys as the sponsor? Watch some Az St vs Pitt or whoever non-playoff game in Tiger Stadium.

Great idea. Teams could go to places like Orlando, Tampa, Vegas, Nashville, Houston, Dallas........ Or Baton Rouge. What a great destination.

It would be like when the Saints played in Tiger Stadium, unless you are planning on having it at a high school stadium.

Once upon a time there was a bowl game in BR called the Grantland Rice Bowl. It was played in Memorial Stadium.

Baton Rouge is no destination...at all. It would be the bowl no one wants to attend.

Nah, New Orleans is close enough and there’s more to do there.

My extended family gets bored in BR after 2 days let alone complete out of towners

I attended the 1971 game. Tennessee State defeated McNeese. The game was sold out. About 20,000 in attendance at Memorial Stadium. Great atmosphere...for that level of entertainment.

I’m get your point but cities like Montgomery, Mobile, and Shreveport all host games. BR could if they wanted to.

Meh... nobody wants to see sponsors struggle to get 45k fans to sit in a 102k seat stadium in a meaningless bowl game in mid December.

The Supper Club in BR can only entertain so many movers and shakers.

Hey, add some excitement and put it in Memorial Stadium. The thrill of running thru the parking lot without getting shot

If Baton Rouge didn't have a history of electing incompetent leaders, it could be a destination by now.

They could flood the stadium like before and water polo.
