Baton Rouge doesn't have an identity. Is it LSU? Is it government state level? What is it? Most people there don't have a history, aka their grandparents were not born and raised there. That's why I like my hometown of Shreveport. It actually feels like very much like a city that is family oriented, not 18-23 year olds. Most people from Shreveport have great great grandparents from there.
