State Supreme Court said case brought with no standing. On AOL-can’t link

"No Standing" is just another term for "We are DNC judges"

My post from another thread:
I just read it. Seems reasonable.
He is guilty, but the prosecution definitely pulled some shady shir. I agree with their reasoning here.
They should have just prosecuted the original case, instead of making slick deals.
This is the prosecution's fault.
ETA: I am no lawyer. So if my read on this is wrong, I am open to a counter.

This exact situation is what makes me uneasy about the Diddy case. These hacks have plenty of evidence but they want more just to have more.

That's my read, too
Trying a 2nd prosecution AFTER letting him deal out of the 1st, just seems like a dangerous precedent

I don't like it. But, the court ruled correctly IMO. A deal is a deal.

Im no lawyer either but DA Foxx's incompetence is why she needs to be shown the door. She put together a deal and then tried to pull out of the deal (because it was a terrible deal). Courts couldnt legally allow the sentence to go through. Right or wrong, she made a deal and it has to stand.
Think of how much power the justice system would have if they said "here tell me everything about the bank robbery and you will get immunity" only for them to pull the deal and be charged with bank robbery
How Foxx is still event he DA is baffling.

They do this and we just laid down on a nomination to fight it

Didn`t one of Michell Obamas staffers call the DA and ask arrogantly for leniency on Smellet.
He pulled this stunt right at the height of the push to try and paint Trumps as a racist before the election.
He only served 6 days of a 150 day sentence. How did he pull that off?
Now "accidentally" the conviction is overturned.
He should be in prison and sued.
We all know what happened.

Diddy is on federal charges.
Kim Foxx , a Soros DA, broke the law to help Jussie.

Don't forget he lost his job and millions of dollars. He has now been regulated to a Jeprody question.
He might not be going to jail but he lost everything in Hollywood so we have that to smile about

He's guilty, but Foxx made a deal to accept his $10,000 bond as restitution to the State for trial costs, and given probation and community service as well as time served, 6 days I think. That's it.
