We were getting pushed around when he was here.

Why do people suddenly think he's a missing link?

I don’t know about his old arse but we definitely need something different. All the other teams make our team look like 12 yo.

Lack of coaching/technique during that time

Tommy can’t create better technique or fix coaches from leaning on six year running backs over freshman with better statistics.

He didn’t seem to help the Ags vs USC. Soooo is he the problem?

No! They need a new head coach but that’s not happening.

Did you see what South Carolina did to Aggie
It's not Moffett

I'd hope Jimbo's failure at aggy would teach us that retreads aren't the answer.

Being soft starts and ends with the Head coach's personality towards the game and the culture he created.

Miles run came to an end because he was too stubborn to change.

Ed O's tenure ended because he couldn't replace his coordinators and he got lazy.

Even with those shortcomings, I never had to question those teams physical toughness. You can't expect to have Dawgs on the field when they are being led by a soft arse coach.

Moffit quit giving a shite after 2019. That cannot be argued.

He’s not the reason A&M beat us

look, I want all of our players to be strong and in-shape.

But there's no magic S&C bullet. I'd argue there's very little difference between S&C coaching techniques among major college football teams.

S&C is a fraternity
Power 5 schools are all doing similar things in the offseason when it comes to conditioning and lifting

I do think we need to make a change in that department. I like the idea of making the strength coach a bit of a bad guy, someone they don’t want to see that calls them out and challenges them.

We just look way too soft out there and it is absolutely holding us back.

I think there’s some bad blood between Moffit and Kelly about how he was dismissed.
