BREAKING: Trump team puts together a list of military officers to court martial involved in the botched Afghanistan withdrawal - NBC

Charges of "TREASON" are being considered for some officers...

They are also getting together a potential commission to investigate the withdrawal that resulted in American deaths.

WOAH.

The list includes both current and former U.S. military officials - and will be used to examine if they can be "court-martialed for their involvement."

“They’re taking it very seriously."

If treason applies, why on earth would we NOT charge them with treason?

Didn’t a sniper have the suicide bomber in his sights and was told not to shoot?

Court martial the guy who said no.

Shame on our Corrupt Govt, Assorted Alphabets, and also our P@ss Combatant Commanders for not doing their jobs properly and having had this handled already..

And for making Trump appear a rogue unilateral cowboy out for revenge, by merely pursuing charges that should've already been pursued.

Trump's term and legacy gets tarred and feathered by the Deep State and MSM, for having to pursue things like this, or stolen election of 2020, Russigate,etc..that the DOJ and/or UCMJ should've already prosecuted in a timely manner years ago.

Good. Too many people at the top have gotten way too comfortable with there being zero consequences for their actions. When your gross incompetence and negligence cost lives, there should be nowhere to hide.

The withdrawal was fricked up no doubt but how does the above apply?

Yeah I'll just say

I'm not in favor of going after anybody was on the ground

I want to find out the State Department.. CIA
and Pentagon officials first hold trials for them
the civilian people who stepped outside of their authority and then if military personnel are caught on tape agreeing to leave equipment behind or abandoned our allies on the ground yes then go after them

but no I don't like troops being targeted first if this is to get troops to come forward and admit to what they know about but no one was on the ground maybe

Pentagon sergeant and privates and captains the Brass that will tell what they heard need to come forward but I'm not for charging any of them unless investigating the Civilian leadership first

This puts him on the hook for several charges under the UCMJ.

It's rumored that Milley (and others) had regular dialog with subordinates, telling them to not take direct orders from Trump. If any of this is captured on DoD info systems, it would be a slam dunk at a courts-martial.

Go look up the definitions and criteria in the UMCJ and in 18 USC.
