I don’t normally like playing the what if game. But I can’t forget how incredibly lucky the USCe game was. We had no business winning that game, and the refs gave it to us. Ole miss wasn’t far off, we were beat for 4 quarters and somehow forced OT. I know we had to celebrate it like it was some huge accomplishment but the reality is we played poorly and should’ve lost. Both games were complete gifts. I guess you could argue that lsu should have beat USC but that game was fairly even the entire time. “Judge me in year 3” - Brian Kelly… These are his own words. It’s time for him to retire.

Alabama could have lost to South Carolina and Georgia. Georgia SHOULD have lost to Kentucky. We also could be 7-2 or 8-1. These threads are dumb.

God I cannot stand the SCar BS anymore. The refs were KILLING us in the 1st quarter of that game. A blatant ghost DPI that helped them get into the redzone, a few egregious holds on the edge that helped spring Sanders loose on some runs. Yes, the ONE block in the back call was a 50/50 call that we got in our favor, but people act like SCar was handed that game, when in truth they had so many opportunities to simply just not frick it up. No one gives credit to Nussmeier and Durham for the spectacular way they mounted that comeback. It's always just "LSU got lucky." You don't outscore a team 36-16 in the last 3 quarters only by getting lucky.
