What do yall think about the former #1 pick? Is he meeting expectations? I know that his job is to keep the OL off of our LBs but do you feel like he’s done a good job of that?

He hasn't done a good job of that but he's a pretty effective pass rusher.

I think Mason Graham would pair perfectly with him, however.

Good player. I’d say he’s playing like the 29th pick in the draft. Could use a Norman Hand next to him.

Gets good push from the interior on pass downs but can be blown off the ball in the run game by larger guards. We really would be smart to put a big 320+ NT next to him that excels at eating up blockers. You can find a good ones in the middle of the draft thankfully.

He needs a big runner suffer next to him like someone said. Someone that faces double teams so it frees him up 1 on 1.

DT from Kentucky or 2 from Mich would be nice.

Happy so far. His MO coming out was excellent pass rusher poor to avg run stuffer. Good motor, work ethic and character. Hope he sticks around long term.

Yeah. Consider DTs often take a few years to become impact players. I think he’s a little ahead of the curve, with some work to do on run stuffing.

Hasn't played up to his draft position this yr.

I expected much more out of him.

He’s been really bad. The 4.5 sacks don’t tell the story cause the pass rush hasn’t been good or at best mediocre from him and he’s a bottom 2 run defender in the league. This whole front 4 need a makeover.

He's been underwhelming. Gets pushed around like a ragdoll - not helping that our other DTs are vastly underwhelming as well.

Need to address both nt/dt and de this draft
