They have 3 rushing TD’s all season
Its mid-November
And one of the 3 was by Watson
This should be a statement game by the Saints defense. They are playing the worst offense in the NFL at home.
We shall see

I was gonna say it - not to be negative, but I remember when the Browns were winless, and came to NO and whipped our arse.
I see stats like the rushing stats, and immediately think - well they are gonna rush all day long on us.

2010?
Felt like they ran some kind of trick play every other play.

We’ve been saints fans for too long
That’s exactly where my brain went
There was a time where our defense would always give up some sort of personal record to an opponent each and every week
6th year player, coming into the game with 6 career catches for 72 yards? He’ll get 9 catches, 150 yds, and a TD
Rookie RB who hasn’t done shite all year? 18 carries, 121 yards, 2 TDs
Week in, week out, that was the BS we had to live through

This is the game in which I coined the phrase that Drew Brees was a "shell of his former self".
That phrase "shell" was then used for the rest of Drew's career on this board.
As usual I was correct, as Drew never played again in a Super Bowl, despite having a top team for 6 to 7 of the next 10 years of his career. The low point was missing an NFC clinching 3-yard slant to @cantguardmike versus the Rams, costing us the game.

I's say you were a shell of your former posting self - but you have always been a duplicitous twat on here

The "Saints thing to do" would be let up 4 rushing TD's.
Just like the "Saints thing to do" was win last week when the wheels were coming off.
Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong.

It’s truly a pity that Drew Brees never managed to secure his second Super Bowl. Despite his remarkable talent and the Saints often being a top-tier team, that elusive second championship always slipped through his fingers. One can’t help but feel a twinge of sadness for such a storied career ending without that crowning achievement.
On a brighter note, the Saints undoubtedly boast the finest kits in the league. Their sleek black and gold kit is simply unmatched, exuding both elegance and a fierce sense of pride. It’s always a delight to see them take the field in such splendid attire.
And I must say, it’s rather lovely to encounter another Brit around here. It’s always nice to have a bit of home, even in the midst of American football discussions. Cheers!

Our defense is pretty poor right now. We held Atlanta early in the game but once they got in a rhythm they never stopped moving the ball.

I’ve had Chubb on IR all season just for this week… our defense is trash

But what color pants were they wearing and how were the endzones looking?

Chubb has had some difficult matchups since returning from injury.
