Yeah his wife was an invalid and couldn't have children. He stayed faithful to her until she died, then married a young chick and immediately had two kids.



Fun fact: they were married by Rudy Giuliani

The best out of all of those IMO was Sanford & Son. It was hilarious. The two funniest characters were Grady (what a dumbass) and Aunt Esther. The confrontations she had with Fred were epic. Fred’s insults were always on point and Rollo the criminal was always the anti Smitty & Hoppy (white bread nerd). Classic 70’s comedy.
