I don’t believe President Trump and the GOP will be able to do mass deportation

Last time President Trump tried a mass deportation on a wide scale - the circuit and federal courts in liberal states like California, New York and Massachusetts- they all have non partisan judges- from what I understand following official circuit blogs and federal courthouse news- they will do everything in their power to slow down mass deportation efforts and also any ICE raids
Even with a senate and gop in control - the 10 commandments ruling today in Louisiana federal court should have Trump and his Team very worried about his policy implication for things like mass deportation of illegal immigrants.

Declare the illegal invasion a act of War by Mexico and lock down the border with troops and tanks. The illegals are POWs and we are returning them to their homeland. There are many ways to skin this cat

If the feds are serious they can stop funding to these states. That is how a lot of these liberal programs were enacted in the first place.

There's over a million with deportation orders that have not been carried out to start with.
And there are ways to induce deportations without the use of the courts.

I live in a red state full of illegals that are here on DACA and other unlawful programs and are scared shitless of these programs being eliminated, reclassifying these people as illegals.

I think what Eric Adams was saying in the press conference today...he knows something. I think they are going to find ways to make these cities pay for it themselves and they won't do that

This. The courts have already ordered them deported. Biden/Harris refused to do it.
