Sounds like Zion is expected out 4-6 weeks, possibly less depending on rehab progress

Call me crazy, I think it’s too coincidental he got hurt. shite doesn’t make any sense. He misses 2 games randomly, comes back for the CLE game and has a great game and then he’s suddenly hurt again. I think they are keeping him out while all the other starters are rehabbing. This team is just throwing in the towel til Christmas and then maybe if everyone is back they’ll go for a run, if not they’ll shut it down, send BI out at the deadline, and hope our pick and the Bucks’ pick gets high in the lottery.

So Dec 9th - Dec 23rd, and that's me starting that count today, not last week when the injury happened.

I'd say there is a ZERO% chance he plays before Christmas. ZERO!

I'd be surprised if he's even doing whatever ramp up shite means by Christmas.

Trey is back today.
Herb and CJ should be back next week.
Murray maybe the week after that.
That's what's important right now

So do Pels continue to lean in to small ball? The only reason to play small ball is out until January and you are already in a hole.

I think he all of a sudden gets healthy when everybody else is back.

He literally just scored 29 while playing with the injury. He was not hurt more during that game, so we all know that he can actually play on the injury RIGHT NOW.

Maybe I'm going out of my way to make sense of this but I don't think he is hurt to the point where he couldn't play

Sure... But you're going to have to be confident he'll lay off the Thanksgiving and Christmas buffets.

Hopefully hes been reading the internet in the places where fans are honest about his weight. It's people here who continue to say he was in good shape and Shams said Zion was the lightest of his career this year in the clip above (nga is easily 315+).

Cardio only bro. Run for hours on a treadmill every damn day and do t bench press a single bar. Dont build anymore muscle up top, legs only, and get rid of all that extra fat on your body

He needs to lose fat and muscle

Why is it so hard to believe that Zion is being taken down by an injury that is more likely to recur if you don't put in the work? The most depressing thing I read this week wasn't injury news, it was a video on twitter about hamstring injuries and how sprinting is really the only way to properly protect your hamstrings. Lifting and stretching just don't hit the muscle the same as full on sprinting. I cannot imagine Zion becoming a habitual sprinter so we're kind of screwed.

"Several folks around the team are continuing to gas light the fan base by saying Zion is not only super serious this time, but super-duper serious"
