Wire hanger didn’t work

Shop vac didn’t work

What are my remaining options? Happy Sunday!

Can you pull that section of pipe off or is the muffler welded to it?

Is it metal or plastic?
Try a magnet tool. If that won't work then go to an exhaust shop.

Park your car on an incline and see if gravity helps it fall out.

These are way too late if he's already old enough to put a toy car in an exhaust pipe.

How far up there? Find something that can go beyond the stoppage, open up, and pull it out.

Paracord, use the coat hanger to bring the cord past the toy and to catch it on the other side of the toy. Pull.
