He's right about shutting down the private equity firms buying up everything in the housing market.

Need to shut them down, place limits on what they can buy .... especially where it comes to developing residential properties.

BlackRock and Warren Buffet has just about ruined the SC market and raised costs exponentially.

Cenk doesn't realize that Wall Street runs the country?

I agree but how do you limit private companies transacting with sellers?

Sounds unconstitutional.

I think we’re in the run off phase of ZIRP and these issues will eventually resolve themselves but it will be painful. When the PE firms can’t get the returns and their debt cost explodes they’ll be selling. Some of these PE firms are already cracking just through observations and word of mouth by some folks involved at different levels. You can only aggregate and chase multiples for so long.

It's Cenk. He also thought Kamala's "price gouging" rhetoric and promising money to first-time homebuyers were good ideas.

He isn't known for his wisdom.

He does make a point she tried to reach GOPe types by parading the Cheneys and such and I’m sure that didn’t appeal to leftists and did nothing to expand her constituency

It was an awful run campaign where they threw shite at the wall hoping something would work

He makes really good points, then he turns around and makes ludicrously absurd point.

Overall, great melt.

Did he actually start off by saying she made the right choice with Walz?

They really are that stupid.

Her price gouging plan was completely insane. Price controls never work and anyone with half a brain knows this. This was merely and attempt to deflect voters away from Biden-caused inflation.

Trump to the hedge fund guys: look fellas at your size there’s two things to talk about. 1, there’s plenty of money to be made elsewhere. 2, I had the SEC and DOJ do some digging, and we found these clerical errors in your business and tax filings. It’s not a big deal unless you guys want to make it a big deal, and we all know the American people need affordable housing. We’re gonna need yall to back off.

Not bad but his melt down was better when Alex Jones crashed his set with the Clinton rape t-shirts at the RNC convention.
