Apparently young voters in Nevada don't know how to sign their names

Can someone explain this to me?

Do they not pay with a card at a restaurant?

They don’t eat in restaurants.

They take out or have food delivered to them.

Pay with phone.

Then they eat alone while quietly sobbing and listening to “What was I made for” by Billie Eilish.

So has the younger generation regressed back to the 1800s and instead of asking for signatures we just have to tell them "make your mark"?

It sounds ridiculous, but schools don't teach cursive.
