Maybe some old school offensive philosophy is what will turn around a shitty franchise?

If the league needs anything, it's a guy that runs a 7 step drop, deep route only system to combat cover two shells.

Somebody bring Bruce Arians back as well.

Remember when they randomly re-hired Art Shell like 83 years after he had last coached a game.

And the offensive coordinator he hired was running a Bed & Breakfast in Idaho.

Antonio Pierce has no idea what he's doing.

Just remember that Mike Vrabel, Bill Belichick, Pete Carroll, and Jim Harbaugh were all on the open market this offseason and the Raiders basically didn't even want to interview any of them because Mark Davis fricked up the McDaniels hire by chasing shiny objects.

So instead, he elected to keep Antonio Pearce....

Just remember, almost all of these multi-blion dollar franchises are run like mom and pop candy shops....but worse.
