THEY FOUND HIM!!!
Don’t know how to post a screen shot but thought maybe the OT can help.
Mav and his owner were in a car accident and Mav is missing.
There’s a Facebook page called “Find Mav - Metairie, La” that has all of the details .. can someone better than me post the screen shot here? Never know who may be able to help.

Well the daughter’s name isn’t posted as far as I can tell .. her boyfriend/husband is Stephen. She’s In Dental school and it appears that her mother is making the videos with information.

Thanks for posting this. So heartbreaking. There’s also more posts on Lost and Found Pets of Metairie, one in Baton Rouge, everywhere. Bilingual posts. It’s said witnesses say a family with one child in a red vehicle (possibly a Soeul sp?) picked him up on westbound I-10 near Vets exit. If so, this poor pup could be anywhere. They may not even live here. Microchip has been activated as lost/stolen and there is a $5k reward last I saw. I pray Mav is located. A decent person would have taken that pup for a chip scan. Everyone knows that.

Agree with all of that. I’m so sad for the owners.
And I debated to post or not because 1) idk how and 2) it’s the OT but 3) IT’S THE OT!! Finder of bikes and boats and trailers and murderers and pups!! And I’m sure some things that I’m missing.

I’ve asked everyone I can think of in the rescue world along I-10 to Houston to post. Don’t know anyone other direction towards Hammond and MS.

My grand kids, nieces and nephews like all young folks are constantly on the go and frequently pass the area he was lost. About twenty of them.
They're looking, fingers crossed for Mav to be found soon.
