I can speak from experience with this. My ex-wife didn't need any enhancements to her breasts. She was (and is) a petite woman. She complained that they were too large for her body size, and would occasionally have some back issues.

She got a reduction, and a lift. It made her feel better.

She left our marriage a couple of years after that. While the majority of women say they are doing these types of things for themselves (lift, reduction, implants, botox, lip injection, etc.), I ultimately believe there is another motivation in play.

You don't keep a highly tuned performance car garaged up.
