I think it's important to actually understand their immigration situation that way we can address the issue. Calling any immigrant who does bad illegal isn't a path to a meaningful solution to some of these bad actors that get in.

Correct so in this case it seems like he was going to get an asylum hearing. I'd be curious what his case looked like why it wasn't heard and rejected yet. Or how he slipped through the system. In Florida , the last one I was involved with came in 2002 and filed for asylum and his case has not been heard. That makes you illegal
