On a whim, I bought a 3lb bag of seafood that says it's from Portugal, and contains mussles(no shell), squid, clams(in shell) and shrimp.

What would be some good recipes in which to use a portion of it? Jambalaya? Pasta?

Thanks.

I went with paella. Thanks for all the suggestions. I have some left over so I'll try another suggestion later.

I make a seafood casserole with what I think is the same that you bought.

Start with a béchamel sauce and add mozzarella and season with salt pepper, and tony's

Add the seafood and stir.

Cook pasta (I like fettuccine)

combine the sauce and pasta

Put in a casserole dish and then put shredded or sliced mozzarella on top and cook covered in the oven until bubbly.
Uncover and brown the cheese.

it's a big hit in my house.
