also the sweet 16 loss to wisconsin in 2000. typical performance by a brady coached team in a big game, looked like they had absolutely no clue that wisconsin was a scrappy/grinding halfcourt team.

any chokejob in the brady era sucked.

Ronnie Lewis shanking a kick against Bama in 1985. I put my fist through a window and needed 32 stitches. That sucked donkey balls.

Putting for the win at my club's championship flight, I left a six foot putt 1/2" short, dead center of the cup on the 18th hole.

I lost on the fifth playoff hole. All I needed was another 1/2 a ball rotation.

OK I've got a great, embarassing story!

OK, so remember the Ohio State vs. Michigan game a few years back where we were 1 and 2? Well for my Christmas present my dad and I got tickets for the game. They were $900 since it was a OSU UM game and we were 1 vrs. 2. We fly up and tailgate all day and have fun. When we go up to the ticket booth to check in, they tell us our tickets are stolen and bring us to the campus security. At this point I'm devastated that we aren't going to watch the game, let alone get into trouble. So we are sitting outside the game with about 30 minutes to kickoff and see our ticket broker walking by luckily. He talks to the officers and get's us into the game. Needless to say I was on the verge of shedding a tear We were sitting outside with the cops for about an hour and Greg Oden and Mike Conley walked by and asked if they could try to help us out! It was a good story, but one of my lowest moments. We got into the game eventually but I was so disappointed beforehand.

And losing to Florida that year so badly was horrible

This was bad...

But this was worse...

As far as LSU is concerned, I've never felt worse in Tiger Stadium than I did when Alabama scored 15 unanswered points with 2:30 to play, the last points coming on a Robert Davis tipped ball, November 7, 1998.

I don't see why the jags game was so disappointing to some people. It fricked up a great play sure, but we our playoff fate had already been decided.

another one would be beating the panthers on a blocked FG to keep our playoff hopes alive. only to have that fig doug brien (kicking for the jets) miss a few fgs to give the rams a win, and knock us out. That sucked

also LSU's 2005 first round loss to UAB. I really thought that team had a chance to make some noise in the tournament with Bass and Glen Davis.

Seriously? Even if LSU basketball is your ultimate sports passion, that wouldn't be the worst sports moment in your life.

1) Saints playoff loss to Michael Haynes and the Falcons in 1991....I think we lost 27-20, and the Haynes TD in the 4th came right to our end zone...

I was 9 at the time, and after the game some guy came up to me and gave me his Saints pin, saying "Welcome to life as a Saints fan...you'll understand one day"

27-21 IIRC... Saints D was containing the Falcons late when genius Mora decides to blitz, letting Atl score the winning TD.
