Meh... he quite literally shook his baby to death. Do the same to him.

And yes, I took the two minutes it took to read the article. He shook his baby to death.

I am not against the death penalty and I am not saying this man isn’t guilty. But the death penalty should absolutely be reserved for no question, slam dunk cases. Not cases based on “expert” opinion or best guesses.

Agreed and if you are against abortion I dont see how you are for the death penalty.

Furthermore, I dont know how you can be against the death penalty but for abortion unless you have a serious mental illness.

Maybe because babies don't commit crimes like murdering someone else?

They're literally the most innocent things on the planet

If the lead detective is coming out saying that and the evidence is showing otherwise, he should get a stay until the retards in law figure it out.

A "pediatrician" said the baby's brain exhibited swelling and bruising? A guy who spends 90% of his time handing out Amoxil?

I don't know how that baby died, but this seems like total bullsh*t.

This is not smart. Whether you agree with it or not, the argument for holding those two views simultaneously is ridiculously simple.

It seems like you didn't read the whole article then.

I don't know if he did or not, but it seems like there is at least enough evidence that it could be reviewed to make sure they are killing a guilty man. I am very pro the death penalty, but this one seems like a case where it can't hurt to re-review the evidence to make sure they get it right.

One of those machines that harvest fruit from trees. Or nuts. Saw an Olive tree “extractor” on Dirty Jobs once. That would do it.

Shaken baby syndrome is debunked in most legal circles.

I dont know the details, but it could be junk science.
