He told the crowd at the Detroit show that he was coming back through and wanted play there again on the second leg. So maybe we get Nola on the second US run.

Grew up in Huntsville... My friends that went to that show all said it was awesome. One of my buddies from Huntsville, Greg, is the live sound engineer for Sturgill on this tour.

Our demographics don't appeal to most of the artists and bands that are in this similar genre. I have to travel for most things that i like.

I know that Sturgill played Jazz Fest a couple of times, with the last time being in 2018, but did he have issues moving tickets for his last stand alone show in New Orleans in 2016?

I remember the Saengar being packed for that show in 2016, but maybe my memory is clouded.

Exactly 2016 and 2018. Look at how many similar artists have played Huntsville AL in the time since then vs NOLA in the time since then.

It wasn't pack-packed...there were seats available...good crowd and good show regardless.

It was my 1000th live show according to Concert Archives and it may be the best show I've ever seen. It was incredible.

It's a totally different show than it was pre vocal chord injury.

I've seen him 13 times now and it was on a whole different level than any of the previous shows.

I was at this show and it was absolutely insane. Best show I've seen in years, and I was at both Phish shows with Billy Strings. It was up there with Kikagaku Moyo's final tour when I saw them in Austin.

100% catching the second leg if that comes to fruition and I can't recommend catching him highly enough.

I saw him in Brandon, MS two weeks and it was a top tier concert for sure. Amazing energy and music from many genres. Go see this band if you can.

Further, as great as that is it is only half the full show we saw in Brandon. 3 hours with no set break. Just a mind blowing guitar heavy musical experience.
