They have the most prolifi passing game of all the teams left and a coach that creates a lot of confusion for the secondary. I know their best WR will be limited, but I’m not sure if that matters if the secondary can’t prevent blown coverages. LSU will probably have to score in the upper 30s to win. That’s not impossible, but it’s a tough ask.

If Tre Harris is limited, I’d argue Alabama is worse.

Jaxson Dart is a better passer than Milroe, but Ryan Williams will eat our DBs alive

If you can get Dart off platform with our rush we have a very good chance, last year was so horrible bc yes the secondary had busted coverages but I would say more that our Dline did nothing the entire game and gave Dart all the time in the world to throw the ball, so BLITZ THIS MF

You are right. Last year we never got any pressure from our DLine, and House never blitzed.

Our DLine has been night and day compared to last year. I think Baker will bring those extra guys, and if we get burned we get burned. I would much rather that gameplan.

I think BAMA is a better team than Ole Miss, but I think schematically we matchup better with them than Ole Miss. Our defense is going to struggle getting stops without the aid of turnovers. The two decent teams we played this year had their best performances of the year from their QB.

Did you know he is only 9 yrs old? Also did you know that Trindon Holliday was the biggest baby ever born in Louisiana?

I disagree. Ole Miss relies on 1 receiver and he won't be 100%. Williams is better than Harris even when healthy. Add in the fact that Milroe is an extremely dangerous runner, I'm not sure how exactly LSU is going to contain him.

Ole Miss is soft. Their rent a win roster doesn't want to get into a dog fight with anyone. They're front runners. Our guys are going to punch them in the mouth. You have to take a few haymakers that they'll through out of desperation, but stay in the fight and put it away at the end.

Don’t give Kiffin more credit than he deserves. He will do plenty of dumb shite in this game like always. LSU will be just fine. Just hope the offensive converts redzone trips to TDs and not field goals or failed 4th and inches. Nuss has been good, but there is a lot of meat on the bone once inside the 20.

Ole Miss is definitely a finesse team but I haven’t seen anything from LSU that would make me think they aren’t “finesse” either. It will be a battle of Charmin soft teams lol.

This. Drag them into deep water and see if they want to fight for their lives against 102k and an aggressive approach from our offense and defense. Lane’s teams typically don’t.

Dart didn't look very good against South Carolina. I don't know if it was because Harris was out for much of the game, or if he's a little gimpy.

He only completed 51 percent of his passes for 285 yards with no touchdowns, with 25 percent of those yards coming on one play.

The mobile Milroe is the worst matchup and Williams is more dynamic than Harris.

The Ole Miss offense is not special. They run the ball and then try to hit a home run in the passing game. UK shut down the Ole Miss running game and forced Dart to throw. The result was Dart trying the force the ball to Harris and he struggled to find other receivers.

I just hope when LSU inevitably has trouble running the ball, they realize putting the ball is Nuss' hands give them the best chance to win.

Milroe with his running ability and the Bama offense is a much more difficult match up for the LSU defense, IMO.
