“From the River to the Sea”: Anti-Israel protesters vandalize Auburn University main gate

quote:

The Auburn Police Department responded Sunday evening after anti-Israel protesters vandalized Auburn University’s entrance with chalk paint. “From the River to the Sea” was drawn on the bricks at the beloved Toomer’s Corner. The brick lawn was also covered with other pro-Palestine expressions. The vandalism was caught on Auburn’s live Toomer’s Corner camera.

We let the protests slide because we didn’t want to cause a problem…

We let the defacing and tearing down of statues go to not be a “racist”

You try and pull this shite with college football and the push back will be 100 fold the provocation.

Sometime people just don’t understand there are lines in the southern culture you don’t cross.

Ok, so why haven't arrests been made at this point? I would pull for Auburn before Palestine...

"chalk paint" Is this just sidewalk chalk? If so, hose that shite off and move-on.

Even if they are a bunch of tards with a bad cause, they have the right to assemble and protest. And if all they did was scribble some shite with chalk on the bricks, send out maintenance with a water hose and clean it up. That certainly looks easier to clean than toilet paper out of the trees...and no one at Auburn has an issue with that.

Again, I am unclear on what "chalk paint" means, but if it is simply chalk it hardly constitutes vandalism.

Of course it does.

Somebody is going to get paid to wash it off.

Says the non-liberal idiot. Since you say Ole Miss, which liberal idiots has Ole Miss produced? Don't you think EVERY college produces them?

Vandalism is deliberate destruction or damage to public or private property. Not sure how that term can be used in this situation when chalk paint can be easily hosed off without damage. A better term would be defaced.
