I'd like to know more about the actual allegations. I mean, if the poll purge is specific enough to target illegals - frick DOJ. But, it is possible that the actions are not specific enough and are purging actual qualified voters.
I'm not naive enough to believe DOJ is beyond behaving fricky. I just need to know more. The devil is in the details

Pull a Biden and ignore the court, don’t bother to even send a representative to the hearing. It’s not like the Feds are capable of conducting a state election with their own personnel. The State Courts would overturn any results stemming from a federal takeover as violations of state laws.

People who want a mass deportation will need to wait.
A massive purge of the federal government is top priority.

Hola, Hector.
I see your voter registration is here. Your voting precinct is in Martha's Vineyard. Please hop on the bus outside and we will deliver you to your precinct
Be sure to ask for your " I Voted" sticker when you get there.

My hunch is this would not have been done except that they redrew two of the House districts, giving one a Black majority and the other one a near majority. I think the polls have been closer than hey were expecting though for one of the seats, so this probably has something to do with winning that House seat.

That's the game the Left plays. The ease by which non-citizens can register to vote is rooted in a couple of attempts by the state of Arizona to require proof of citizenship to register, which were both struck down by the supreme court. The argument was (the one I remember, anyway) that there are people born on reservations that are never issued a birth certificate, so it's unreasonable for them to have to prove their citizenship to register to vote. The state of Arizona offered a simple process for a Native w/o a birth cert to get one, but that wasn't enough. There still may be that random Native legitimately without a birth certificate that wants to vote, so frick everything else - nobody has to prove citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.

Non citizens aren't supposed to vote
Bama purges non citizens
Feds sue Bama
Non citizens vote
Honest election?

The Democrats have said that it was not necessary to pass legislation requiring proof of citizenship to vote. Yet they are working to register non-citizens and fighting efforts to remove non-citizens from voter registration rolls. Go figure.

Democrats and voting rights advocates have said the legislation is unnecessary because it’s already a felony for noncitizens to register to vote in federal elections, punishable by fines, prison or deportation. Anyone registering must attest under penalty of perjury that they are a U.S. citizen.

Pretty sure that maintaining voting rolls is the sole purview of the states

Isn't this the party that's always shrieking about 'threats to our democracy!!' ?

This is a tacit admission by the DOJ that illigals DO in fact vote.
Otherwise, why the lawsuit?
