Miles losing to Arkansas in 2014 was a bad loss. Arkansas was on a 16 game SEC losing streak I believe

Kelly to a&m in 2022. They finished the season 5-7 (should have been 4-8) while we won the west. Just an absolute blunder of a game

To be fair, it was like the first game all season that A&m had a healthy team and they decided to finally run the ball with the best running back in the country in the same game we placed our 200 lb 4-3 OLB at EDGE.

Between the Jayden fumble, Kyren drops, and Jaray Jenkins somehow dropping that TD catch, we left like 20+ points on the board.

Just a perfect combination of terrible things.

In all fairness, if the worst loss you can list is a conference opponent not named Vanderbilt, that's a pretty good thing. Look at the others on the list.

Exactly, we found a very confidant Achane and that didn’t bode well for us.

To be fair, that Arkansas team wasn’t that bad. Lost in OT to top 10 A&M and by one point to Bama. They beat a top 10 Ole Miss the very next week 30-0.

I believe it’s the only time an unranked team shutout two ranked teams in back to back games.

Miami Ohio and Ole Miss that year.

Should've easily beat Miami. We get down to first and goal near the goal line at Ole Miss game. No points.

We win those two, were playing for NC

I took my two sons to this game as their first LSU game. Hated Orgeron ever since.

I was at the game down on field level during warmups and remember feeling sorry for Troy. Our guys looked freaking huge and they looked like a good high school team. Didn’t think they had any chance to compete!

I don't know why not. Troy wasn't a bad team that year, and LSU had sucked royally the two weeks before that game, eking past a bad Syracuse outfit at home, and getting annihilated by a not very good Miss St team, which lost by five TDs+ to both Auburn and Georgia the next two weeks

Hallman’s loss to Colorado State in 1992 was worse. They were not the Sonny Lubick team then. Worst team in the original WAC.

It was just my observation that LSU outsized them by a lot. Didn’t look like they had a chance physically.
