Hes doing these random impromptu presser to shame the press and Harris for her lack of doing real press conferences. He brings it up every time and at some point they will have to push back on Harris..
It is the only way to force her to do real press conferences. Now just hope her interns are dumb enough to be super reactionary and do a real press conference Q&A down by the border...
