It wasn't too long ago where i was thinking, "you know, you couldn't make John Wick today, because hollywood demands all leads be female".
And rather than come up with new shite, they take Wick, make it female, and expect the same results.

John Wick 4, The Killer, The Beekeeper, The Bricklayer, Monkey Man, Boy Kills World are all male leads in action or assassin roles in the past year alone.

Maybe they missed how poorly the other Russian female ballerina assassin movie from Disney did? And the highest grossing John Wick film hasnt even topped that dud
I love Wick films, but they do strain all credulity. Trying to imagine that a petite ballerina could survive any of that, just takes me completely out of the plot
