Daniels never had a 50+ yard pass in college?

In my mind I just see Thomas Jr flying around deep catching everything and I can't believe that. I won't believe it

Even with the "in the air", seems wrong.

There was a pass he threw against Ga State or Army as he was scrambling right that feels like it had to have gone 50+ in the air

How many are 50 yards in the air?

Sounds like a nitpicky stat

I was there against Army when he rolled right and hit his man in stride down the sideline. That was defineily 50 yards.

85 yard TD, but looked like it was a 40 yard pass.

So Daniels can't throw the deep ball?

5:26 LSU Brian Thomas 86 yard pass from Jayden Daniels (Damian Ramos kick)

Log from the Army game

ETA: 50 yards in the air. OK that makes sense, that is way less common than people think.

It is. He threw a pass 45 yds in the air on a 49yd TD to BTJ against Arkansas last year.

Wasn’t even his best deep ball last year
