WTF have you been watching the last few weeks? Did you mistake sponge bob squarepants cartoons for LSU football games?

I like Perkins and hate to see him injured but he is NOT the Superman the media has built him up to be. He was an unknown when he broke into the CFB scene against Ark and Ole Miss his freshman year and yes he had 2 phenomnal games against them but once they had film on him they adjusted for him and he did nothing the last 2 games of that year.He cannot get off blocks and even when they put him on the outside he has trouble getting to the QB. He has made a couple of plays in the backfield this year but Swinson is the real threat when it comes to that. He is just a tweener and is an avg LB at best right now. And the first time he get a great hit on another player he gets hurt. Wes Weeks is a better LB and we won't miss a beat with him out there except for affecting our depth at that position which is the real downside to him getting hurt.

Won't be hard! He played with no heart or excitement, very disappointed.

I really don't want to turn this into a shitting on Perkins thread but are yall even watching the games? Go watch the Nichols film, they ran Perkins. With success.

Perkins has undeniable god given ability. He's also very average if not below average when it comes to linebacker production.

4 games
I don’t have a snap total, but it’s high. He played virtually every play.

17 Total Tackles
Zero INT
Zero Pass Breakups
Zero QB hurries
Zero forced fumbles
1 fumble recovery
1.5 TFL
