Similar in most areas
Crime spiked due to Covid but has been dropping since some time in 2022 or early 2023.
Now NPCs are going to either way (1) the data isn't real because some jurisdictions don't report data to the FBI or (2) they're making it up
1 ignores that you can go to the cities themselves for the data
2 can't reason why they'd make up the crime increase in the first place

No more need for killing when there’s no more people on your turf or disrespecting you left to kill.

Don’t we have a state police Troop NOLA now that’s solely there to patrol NOLA in addition to NOPD?
Seems Jeff Landry is making a positive impact.

How does this work with murders?

Louisiana State Troopers in New Orleans has made a massive difference and as much as the Democrats want to take the credit the credit really belongs to Landry.

If New Orleans had the Super Bowl every year it would be the safest city in the galaxy

Glad to see you acknowledging how crime goes down when an R Governor takes over and decides to fix the Ds mess.

Key takeaway: shootings were trending down in 2022, but murders peaked. So 2022 had the most accurate shooters.

All the murderers have finally killed each other.

If crime is “dropping” then wouldn’t that prove the narrative? It was obviously bad enough for folks to complain and start a “narrative”. I doubt anyone is enraged about the news…I am a bit peeved that crime was running rampant for so long when more police officers were the answer all along. I’m glad you are giving credit to Gov Landry for solving the crime problem in Nola.
